Job Description:
- Compliance processes – Visits to the MOH compliance/registration work for varied product of the corporate and its vendors.
- To talk terms with the assorted vendors so as to get the proper documents, forms, certificates, etc. from their involved regulative authorities for registration functions of product.
- Store management- ought to be versed with the SOPs of a Medical store. ought to verify, supervise and authorize all activities associated with the generation of invoices, delivery notes, dispatch of products to customers, process of inward shipments, monthly/quarterly stock takes, and overall store maintenance as per the rules of the MOH.
- Documentation – Maintain records of all Invoices and delivery notes signed by the purchasers through the appointed personnel.
- Keep track of all unfinished invoices and delivery notes through the appointed personnel
- Maintain records of all open orders with the purchasers
- Submit reports to the Management like Monthly stock reports, on the brink of expiration stocks, delivery records, etc. through the appointed personnel
Experience Requirements:
Experience addressing regulative Authorities like MOH, DM, and ESMA
Experience in obtaining import allow from MOH for Customs Clearance
Expert MS workplace user (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Experience in Drug Store (not Pharmacy) are most well-liked.
Experience: 5+ years in UAE
